hello bloggers. so my cousin got married the second saturday in may. she looked like a princess who finally found her prince. well she marched in on a song that i wanted to look for but of course i forgot all about it until recentely lol. this artist is definitely awesome & her songs are mind-blowing. she is definitely all about soul & her music is so soothing [i just love her lol]. so the song is by India Arie & it is called "Ready for Love" [which kinda describes my feelings right about now]

My grades for Spring 09

hey bloggers. well my spirits are definitely down. i got my grades for school today & im definitely upset with them. so here they are.

so as you can see i got a freaking "c" in that stupid gned class. im so heated right now for real. i hate "C's" & anything below it. its so ironic b/c i was actually failing math in the beginning of the semester & i actually got a higher grade in that class then in my history class. last semester my gpa was at 3.6 & i was on the dean's list but not this semester thanks to this stupid class. like the test were all essay & writing type stuff. if we would have had a paper or something i would have definitely got a better grade cuz i usually get A's & sometimes B's on my papers. i guess i gotta work extra hard next semester so i can get back on the dean's list & bring my gpa up. :::tear:::

Deep thought

hey bloggers!!! so this morning this glamor chic was definitely feeling down. i woke up @ about six something so i just turned my ipod on hoping to fall asleep again but i definitely didnt. i started looking over some features of my life. & of course one of them was:::

1)no boyfriend to call my own [lol]. so i have been single since january & i can not find a boy who fits my style or wat i really want in a guy. [except for one but he lives in NC which is like a thousand miles away lol] but im like wtf i think im being too picky but a girl shouldnt have to settle for less when she has the whole big world to explore.

Conclusion: so i was down pretty much all through church [mine you im the usher so im always suppose to be happy and greeting people] looking type miserably lol. so my stepdad treated me & my mom plus my auntie & her husband to some red lobster. shrimp always make me feel happy for some odd reason that helped alot [simple explanation ::: such a fat ass lol (excuse the language lol). then on the way home my mom & stepdad had a talk with me.

my mom explained to my stepdad how i think im better than half the chicken heads walking around paterson & he said he dont see anything wrong with that. he explains how im beautiful & that my smile & personality can brighten up any room. then im like thanks & blushing in the back seat & watever. [mine you im dark so it takes alot for me to actually blush lol] then im like i think im too picky wit guys thats y i cant find nobody. i want the perfect guy that doesnt exist. he starts explaining how he does exist somewhere in this world & how im waiting for him ::: he is waiting for me [thats actually put a smile on my face lol] i just have to be patient & apparently its not time for me to be in such a relationsip. that i also have to love myself before i can love somebody else. i have to think about my needs and goals. & when i do find this dude, he is gonna be working for the same high achieving goals as me [ definitely awesome lol].

so my thoughts are: im gonna be patient & wait for my dream guy cuz he does exist within this world. that i have to love myself first and always remember that.

our adventure to the fashion show

hey bloggers!!! ok so me & the bestie Tash when to a fashion show at our old elementary [Dr. Frederick H. LaGarde Sr. Academy :::long isnt it?? lol] we decided to walk which meant walking from the small suburbs into the heart of the ghetto lol. i live literally a block from the ghetto which is completely weird cuz my block is super quiet & like a small suburb [lol]. so alot when on while walking. we got compliments, almost hit by a couple of cars, alot of random dudes, alot of ghetto birds, & much more. we finally got to the fashion show & it was cute [type upset cuz we definitely didnt have none of that stuff when we were in that school lol]. so my ratings for the fashion show???? CLASSIC [lol] so the walk home was even crazier. cops coming out of everywhere & chasing people wit people fleeing the scene [thats something i definitely do not see everyday], more ghetto birds, random guys yelling "YYYOOOO shawty" or "YYYOOOO shawty wit the blue" & "YYYYOOOO shawty wit the black" & all that good stuff [last time i check none of those words were my name or Tash's name lol]. the good news is that we both are still alive from our walk from the suburbs to the ghetto[lol]. so here is a video that we recorded while walking to the school [lol]. love ya bloggers!!!! ♥

Goodbye MSU, Hello Summer 09!!!!

yayyyy!!!! my summer officially starts today!!!! im so excited b/c me & the besties are gonna definitely live this summer up. GOODBYE MSU HELLO SUMMER 09.[lol] the only concern about school right now is of course my grades which im actually scared to see. i know i got atleast B's in all my major classes [child development 2, individual management, & intro to research] but idk about my stupid gneds [contemporary european history & the development of math]. those gneds were my hardest classes for real. i got all c's on all my test and with my history final i was just lost today. in math im always lost [i use to like math in high school but cant say the same thing now].



but for now im just gonna live my summer up with no worries for now lol. of course this summer wont be complete without some drama & all of its gonna come from work of course. i can handle anything this summer [you digg lmao]. this jersey girl gonna represent by living at the beach, amusement park, the fair, the mall/ movies & parties of course [your type jersey girl except i dont drink lol] OMG I CANT WAIT!!!!!!!!!

ok so i dedicate this blog to my beautiful smile. about everyday [well maybe not everyday] somebody compliments me on my bright smile. many call me smiley but i have noticed that people say it more now. idk why im smiling so much cuz there definitely is not one darn thing going on in my life right about now. [lol] no special events [more like stressful events] no special people [sorry i havent meet my lion yet lol] so idk wats the super smile for. but i know when i do smile i feel ten times better. so its 4 in the morning & im writing about my smile lol [can you say NO LIFE!!!
